Job Summary
Assistant General Manager role at Workout Anytime clinics focusing on membership sales and leadership. Responsibilities include generating 50% of club tours through referrals/marketing, converting 70% of inquiries to tours, enrolling 80% of touring prospects, scheduling 50% of new members for complimentary sessions, ensuring accurate data entry in the club management system, maintaining an immaculate club, overseeing retention strategies, ensuring monthly assessments via the Fitness Department, and coaching/training the PT team with ongoing education on program design and nutrition. The role requires coaching staff, driving membership growth, and delivering outstanding customer service within a fast-paced gym environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to generate new club memberships through leads, referrals, and tours
- Ability to identify member needs and close sales using solution-selling techniques
- Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment while maintaining teamwork
- Ability to meet monthly quotas and demonstrate production within 30 days
