Job Summary

Responsibilities include generating new memberships from referrals, leads, and tours; converting inquiries to tours; enrolling new members; scheduling complimentary sessions; ensuring accurate data entry in club management software; maintaining an immaculate club; and overseeing retention strategies. The role requires leading and coaching staff, delivering ongoing training, and meeting monthly sales and enrollment quotas.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to consistently generate new club memberships through leads, referrals, and tours.
- Ability to identify member needs and use solution-selling techniques to close sales.
- Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production within 30 days.
- Ability to train others to excel in membership sales and referrals.
- Ability to manage and coach staff; proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
