Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at UFC Gym in Honolulu, HI, partnering with the General Manager to drive sales performance, enhance operational excellence, and deliver a world-class member experience. Responsibilities include supervising front-line staff and department leads, training and onboarding team members, leading guest pipeline efforts (lead generation, outreach, and tours), working toward monthly membership and private coaching targets, coordinating in-club events and community outreach to boost sign-ups, ensuring member satisfaction and issue resolution, conducting regular facility walk-throughs for cleanliness and safety, supporting scheduling, inventory management, and policy compliance, and upholding the brand’s Train Different philosophy while fostering a high-energy, welcoming environment. Qualifications include 1–3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, strong communication and computer skills (Office/Google Workspace), a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, and a bonus for a nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
