Job Summary
Assist in supervising front-line staff and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales performance, and uphold a world-class member experience for the UFC GYM. Lead and coach team members to meet brand expectations, manage guest pipeline and memberships, and execute in-club events to drive sign-ups. Support the General Manager with scheduling, inventory management, and policy compliance, while promoting the 'Train Different' philosophy to foster an energetic, welcoming environment. Qualifications include 1–3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role; High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred); CPR/AED certification; ability to stand for long periods and lift 50–120 lbs; proficiency with basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace). Required Qualifications
