Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at UFC GYM Waipahu leads and supports the General Manager in driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. Responsibilities include supervising front-line staff, onboarding and developing teammates, coaching to meet brand expectations, managing guest pipeline and membership targets, executing in-club events and community outreach to drive sign-ups, ensuring facility cleanliness and safety, and assisting with scheduling, inventory, and policy compliance. Requires 1–3 years sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role; High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred). CPR/AED certification is required; a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus. Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50–120 lbs. Hint: Waipahu, HI location; full-time role with competitive salary and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
