Job Summary
Assist General Manager in leading a team to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience at UFC GYM Waipahu. Responsible for supervising front-line staff and department leads, supporting onboarding and ongoing development, and acting as a role model for the Train Different philosophy. Drive guest pipeline and membership/ private coaching targets, execute in-club events and community outreach to raise awareness and sign-ups, and ensure member satisfaction and retention. Manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance with company policies while supporting the GM. Requires 1–3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role; CPR/AED certification; HS diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred); ability to stand for long periods and lift 50–120 lbs; certification in personal training is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace)
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- A nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs
