Assistant General Manager at Moxy Columbus Short North leads hotel operations in partnership with the General Manager to deliver outstanding guest service while driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing daily hotel operations, driving revenue and controlling expenses, coaching and developing team members, managing food & beverage operations (bar management and banquet/event execution), resolving guest concerns promptly, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, monitoring guest satisfaction and performance metrics, and assisting with scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and inventory controls. Requires 1+ year of hotel management or hospitality leadership experience; high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality/business degree preferred). Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and cost controls; proven leadership and communication skills; experience with hotel property management systems; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; valid driver’s license; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
