Job Summary
Partner with the General Manager to achieve operational, cultural, and financial goals while leading shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Plan and execute daily shift schedules, task assignments, and team safety protocols. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Scoopers, while supporting recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention of a high-performing team. Manage cash transactions, inventory, and ensure product quality and food safety, and assist with payroll, supplies, shop communications, and daily documentation. Monitor labor and sales performance to support monthly P&L insights, partner on maintenance needs and vendor communications, and deliver memorable hospitality by sharing flavor stories and resolving guest concerns. Step into team roles as needed and participate in community events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years of food service, fast-casual dining, or hospitality experience
- 18+ months of progressive leadership experience
- Led teams of 10+ Team Members in a high-volume environment
- 18+ and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work in an environment where common food allergens are present, including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, and seafood
- Must confirm work authorization via E-Verify
