Job Summary
Manage daily operations by leading opening and closing routines, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining smooth site flow. Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations, and learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility. Required Qualifications
- proven leadership experience—at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment
- Understand high-volume retail or service operations, including how to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
- Take initiative and lead by example, modeling our values while driving performance, motivation, and accountability on your team
- Excel at coaching and developing others, giving clear feedback, building confidence, and helping team members grow into new responsibilities
- Stay organized and focused, even in fast-moving environments with competing priorities and constant activity
