Job Summary
Assistant General Manager responsible for front- and back-house store operations, merchandising, workflows, sanitation, organization, and the customer experience at MilkShake Factory. Lead efforts to craft systems for cash management, food safety, inventory control, and employee performance; provide robust HR support including training, coaching, motivation, feedback, and retention strategies. Schedule and staff the retail store in partnership with the Manager; uphold health and safety standards; contribute to annual and seasonal marketing campaigns using consumer insights; maintain security measures and POS systems; generate concise retail performance reports; act as a brand advocate and engage with consumers, employees, and corporate accounts; drive store operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and community impact.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
- Strong track record of creating an amazing customer experience while managing successful retail or restaurant teams, brands, operations, and financials
- Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Exceptional leadership, communication, operational, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift and/or handle packaged goods and materials up to and including 25lbs
