Job Summary
Lead front- and back-house store operations, merchandising, workflows, sanitation, and the customer experience at Milkshake Factory. Collaborate on systems driving operational excellence covering cash management, food safety, inventory control, and employee performance. Provide support for human resources, handling team member training, coaching, motivation, and retention. Partner with the Manager to schedule and staff the retail store, align with the budget, and exceed regulatory health and safety standards. Harness consumer insights for marketing campaigns, maintain security measures, generate retail performance reports, and serve as the brand advocate for consumers and employees. Keep POS systems functioning perfectly. Requires 3+ years in customer-facing sales, flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and ability to lift 25lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
- Strong track record of creating an amazing customer experience while managing successful retail or restaurant teams, brands, operations, and financials
- Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Composure, positivity, flexibility, and time management ability necessary to succeed in a performance-driven retail environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, operational, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift and/or handle packaged goods and materials up to and including 25lbs
