Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at milk + honey leads people management and provider-experience initiatives for a luxury spa/retail environment. Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding location provider teams, managing provider schedules and reviews, coordinating in-location training with Department Heads and Brand Trainers, and hosting quarterly department meetings with follow-through. Focus areas include driving revenue through strategic scheduling, budgeting and cost control, maintaining 70%+ provider utilization, and tracking guest retention metrics (retention, rebooking, retail-to-service ratio). The role requires coaching and developing location providers, conducting performance reviews, guiding training programs, and ensuring adherence to the Customer Journey/Service Cycle. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury spa, luxury hospitality, or retail people leadership experience
