Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Place Miami Airport-East oversees daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include supervising guest services, coordinating shift management, assisting with check-in/check-out, onboarding new team members, auditing daily processes, managing inventory and purchasing via approved vendors, preparing and reviewing reports, and maintaining quality and safety measures across rooms and public spaces. Requires a positive attitude, discipline in following guidelines, effective communication in English, ability to work under pressure, basic financial literacy, and prior supervisory experience in hospitality.
