Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring financial and operational plans to maximize profitability; propose capital improvements to enhance assets and brand loyalty; lead and develop team members; mentor and coach staff; oversee salary recommendations and staffing decisions; communicate effectively with department heads; drive guest satisfaction through high service standards; promote the brand locally and participate in community partnerships; support sustainability and environmental initiatives; ensure a safe and secure environment in accordance with policies; represent the hotel and brand publicly and manage relationships with travel industry partners and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of hotel management or supervisory experience
- Experience with Hilton, IHG, or Marriott brands is a plus
- Leadership & people management experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management skills
- Guest relations and service excellence
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
