Job Summary
Assist the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead staff to ensure a customer-service oriented, high-energy environment. Recruit, train, schedule, coach, counsel, recognize, and discipline employees; manage budgets; and support operational execution to help employees love to work and customers love to visit. This role is with a Taco Bell franchisee and involves developing and mentoring team members, maintaining operational standards, and driving a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
- Preferred: ServSafe Certification (assistance and education provided if not certified)
- Energetic and excellent communication skills
- Practical/hands-on approach
- Foster teamwork
- Provide daily coaching and feedback
