Assist the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment. Lead and develop staff by recruiting, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, recognizing, and disciplining employees to achieve human resources objectives. Role emphasizes strong leadership, team coordination, budget management, and delivering a positive work atmosphere where employees enjoy working and customers enjoy visiting. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
- Preferred: ServSafe Certification (assistance and education provided if not certified)
