Job Summary
Assistant General Manager role supporting the Restaurant General Manager to run day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment. Responsible for human resources objectives including recruiting, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, recognizing, and disciplining employees; lead with strong communication, mentorship, and analytical skills; participate in budgeting, training and development, and driving a culture where employees enjoy work and customers enjoy visiting. Franchisee-operated Taco Bell with a solid six-week training program and opportunities for internal advancement; emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
- Preferred: ServSafe Certification (assistance and education provided if not certified)
- Energetic and excellent communication skills
- Practical/hands-on approach
- Foster teamwork
- Provide daily coaching and feedback
