Job Summary
Assist the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations and help create a customer-service oriented, high-energy environment. Lead and mentor staff by recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, recognizing, and disciplining employees; manage budgets and drive training and development to optimize operations. Franchisee-owned Taco Bell concept emphasizes internal promotion, strong training upon hire, and ongoing development to support growth. Must have 2+ years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry (ServSafe preferred) and possess energetic, clear communication and hands-on leadership to foster teamwork and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
- Preferred: ServSafe Certification (assistance and education provided if not certified)
- Energetic and excellent communication skills
- Practical/hands-on approach
