Job Summary
Assist General Manager in leading hotel operations at Residence Inn Vancouver Airport, supporting guest and employee satisfaction, brand standards, financial management, sales and revenue generation, and delivering a return on investment. Assists the GM in developing and implementing property-wide strategies, verifies implementation of brand service strategy and brand initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations, builds relationships with key customers, and participates in the sales process. Focuses on ensuring OSHA-compliant, safe operations; maintains licenses and permits; manages multiple property departments; guides staffing, scheduling, coaching, and professional development; and strives to exceed guest expectations through proactive, service-oriented leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
