Job Summary

Assist the General Manager in operational and financial management of the property, leading teams to meet guest expectations and brand standards, and driving sales and revenue through development and implementation of property-wide strategies. Builds relationships with key customers and participates in the sales process to deliver return on investment. Oversees multiple property departments, ensures compliance with brand service initiatives, maintains licenses/permits, and upholds safety standards (OSHA/MSDS). Manages financial functions (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, banking procedures, and period-end processes), reviews performance data, and seeks cost reductions and program improvements. Provides coaching and professional development to team managers, ensures staffing aligns with guest goals, and maintains a high level of guest service and customer satisfaction. Supports HR activities, adheres to I-9 and EEO requirements, and fosters a diverse workplace. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
