Job Summary
Motivate and coach team members to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while leading by example in sales, customer service, and operational excellence. Deliver ongoing training, performance feedback, and accountability, and oversee salon operations including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience alongside the Salon Director. Assist in developing promotions and use sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Requires proven sales experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a warm, positive environment. Schedule includes up to 40 hours per week with evenings and weekends; reliable transportation is required. This role offers a clear path for growth into salon leadership at Sun Tan City.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
