Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for building and managing both FOH and BOH teams, driving financial and operational success, and ensuring exceptional service. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience, strong food and beverage knowledge, outstanding service skills, and proven leadership abilities. The candidate should possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated, with a capability for managing large scale restaurants and understanding profit and loss operational dynamics. Responsibilities include enforcing service standards, complying with health and safety regulations, and acting as an ambassador for Major Food Group.
