Job Summary
Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations at Fort Collins, CO. Responsibilities include training and developing employees, interviewing hourly staff, supervising scheduling and payroll tasks, managing inventory and ordering of food and supplies, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing complaints, and driving consistent high-quality food preparation and service.
