Job Summary
Assistant General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the carwash location, manage all employees, and coordinate breaks/shifts. Responsibilities include directing cars through wash tunnels, inspecting vehicles, cleaning and organizing the facility, monitoring inventory and assisting with orders, ensuring safety protocols, addressing customer escalations calmly, recruiting, developing, and motivating teams, and handling cash reconciliations and deposits. Requires effective communication and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, with adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of car wash experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
