Assistant General Manager

Direct cars into wash tunnels and perform visual inspections to confirm vehicle condition before entry. Maintain facility cleanliness, organize supplies, and monitor inventory levels while ensuring all safety protocols and standard operating procedures are followed. Address customer escalations calmly and assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to support site operations. Manage cash reconciliation, audits, and deposits in accordance with company procedures. Requires one year of car wash experience, HS diploma, and proficiency in MS Office Excel. Reports to the General Manager in a wet environment where lifting up to 30 pounds and working in extreme weather is necessary.
