Job Summary
Support daily operations including opening, peak service, and closing procedures while working in the back-of-house weekly and as needed. Manage schedules, breaks, and team coverage to optimize service and labor, ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness meet standards. Coach, train, and develop team members, assist with payroll and inventory, and address guest concerns with a hospitality-first mindset. Serve as Manager on Duty when the GM is absent and assist with labor and food cost control. This role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, a valid Food Manager Certification, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Located in California, Texas, and Arizona with a target annual rate of $64k-$74K including guaranteed overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (high-volume or fast-casual)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Food Manager Certification
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
- Solid understanding of FOH & BOH operations
- Tech-savvy with POS systems, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
