Assistant General Manager

Support daily operations including opening, peak service, and closing procedures while working in the back-of-house weekly and as needed. Manage schedules, breaks, and team coverage to optimize service and labor, ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness meet standards. Coach, train, and develop team members through feedback, assist with payroll and inventory, and address guest concerns with a hospitality-first mindset. Serve as Manager on Duty when the GM is absent and assist with labor and food cost control. This role offers a target annual rate of $57k-$65K including guaranteed overtime and quarterly bonuses, with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Candidates require 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, a valid Food Manager Certification, and bilingual skills are preferred.
