Job Summary
Support daily restaurant operations in Forney, TX, by supervising front- and back-of-house teams, managing schedules and labor, and ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Coach, train, and develop team members while addressing guest concerns professionally. Serve as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is absent, overseeing all operations and assisting with administrative tasks including payroll, inventory, and reporting. Maintain operational excellence and uphold Luna Grill's high standards for hospitality and team culture. This role requires 3+ years of restaurant management experience, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) and operational decision-making
- Tech-savvy with POS, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Ability to coach, train, and develop team members
