Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at Lucy's Doggy Daycare & Spa leads daily operations alongside the Manager, coordinating staff assignments, scheduling, and ensuring smooth facility function. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and mentoring team members from daycare attendants to groomers; driving customer service excellence and acting as the face of the resort; overseeing safety, cleanliness, and health standards; managing inventory and vendor relationships; coordinating pet care plans across daycare, boarding, and grooming; assisting with events, promotions, and marketing; and handling administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, budgeting, and financial tracking. Pay is $19.00 per hour, full time, with benefits including discounted services and medical/dental/vision plans and 401k.
