Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day business operations by organizing and supervising smooth opening and closing shifts to ensure exceptional guest and employee experiences. Assist the General Manager with training, recruiting, HR, administrative duties, financial statement preparation, and managing costs while driving sales to meet business goals. Lead hourly and management teams through interviews, hiring, onboarding, and development, while performing regular inventories of food, beverage, and supplies to track high-cost items and place orders. Respond immediately to guest and employee needs with tact and courtesy, working a variety of days and shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and overnight travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- 2+ years of AGM experience in a full-service restaurant
- Skilled in leading and developing teams
- Experienced with inventory and BOH systems
- Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
- Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
