Assistant General Manager

Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly by organizing and supervising opening and closing shifts to maintain an exceptional guest and employee experience. Assist the General Manager with training, recruiting, HR, administrative duties, financial statement preparation, and managing costs to drive sales and meet business goals. Lead hourly and management teams while performing regular inventories, placing supply orders, and inspecting deliveries. Respond immediately to guest and employee needs, utilizing tact and good judgment when addressing challenges with vendors and staff. Work a variety of days and shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and overnight travel as needed.
