Job Summary
Assistant General Manager providing management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated per KWPM objectives; manages and develops on-site team members, coordinates with multiple departments and outside agencies, facilitates board meetings and agendas, processes invoices and vendor packets, maintains and updates account information, schedules complex activities, and ensures timely, professional communications. Responsibilities include office oversight, calendar and meeting coordination, vendor management and quotes, and daily office operations with a focus on supervising staff and delivering quality service; bilingual Spanish may be required at some communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum of 3-year experience
- MS Office Suite
- Bi-lingual in Spanish may be required
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Team-oriented environment
