Job Summary
Assistant General Manager responsible for developing people, creating a great guest experience, and leading restaurant operations. Focus on leading and coaching shifts, recruiting and developing top talent, maintaining brand standards, executing local promotions, planning schedules and inventories, monitoring HACCP and financial metrics, and ensuring a fast, friendly, and memorable service environment. Required Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years management experience
- In-store training program completed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position
- Excellent people leadership and guest service skills
- Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
