Job Summary
Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and guest experience. Responsibilities include creating employee schedules for a team of 2-5 crew members, overseeing store opening and closing tasks, ordering inventory and ensuring stock availability, leading by example in employee training and development, and participating in management team meetings and strategy sessions. Requires at least 1 year of managerial experience (restaurant management preferred), ability to work a 50-hour week including nights and weekends, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be 18+ with a focus on achieving labor and food cost goals. Early Pay Benefit offered.
