Job Summary
Assist in creating employee schedules and managing a team of 2-5 crew members; oversee store opening and closing tasks; order inventory and ensure stock availability; lead by example and assist in employee training and development; participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in managerial role (restaurant management preferred)
- Ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights & weekends
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to meet & succeed Labor and Food Costs goals
- Must be 18 years of age or older
