Job Summary
KidStrong Assistant General Manager leads center operations, drives sales and customer retention, and supports coaching staff. Responsibilities include managing KPIs and financials, engaging families, scheduling events (camps and parties), lead management in the CRM, onboarding and developing coaches, utilizing LearnUpon for training, and maintaining data and communications (Slack/Email). Requires athletic or coaching background with kids aged 15 months to 11 years, coach certification, ability to work in a physically intensive environment (lifting up to 25 pounds, movement through centers), and comfort in talking with parents. Also emphasizes coaching culture, professional development, and center performance through data-driven decisions. Location: Strongsville, OH, US; on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old
- Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team
- Complete training through LearnUpon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in management is preferred but not required
- Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
- Previous experience with systems and platforms such as ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, and ADP is preferred but not required
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
- CPR certified
