Job Summary
Seeking an Assistant General Manager for KidStrong to support the General Manager in operations, sales, and coaching, focusing on a culture of learning for children and staff. Ideal candidates should have a coaching background, be CPR certified, and have strong leadership skills. Full-time role with competitive pay.
Required Qualifications
- Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team
- Complete training through LearnUpon as required
- Prior experience in management is preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required
Desired Qualifications
- Athletic or coaching background
- Experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months to 11 years old
- Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians
- Experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
- Familiarity with systems like ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, and ADP
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
- CPR certified
