Job Summary
Partner with the General Manager on daily business decisions, tracking key KPIs and maintaining a spotless center to ensure operational excellence. Lead from the front with tailored shift hours, drive membership growth through energetic CRM call drives, and finalize bookings for active founding members. Coach 5–10 classes weekly, delivering curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children aged 15 months to 11 years while earning certification. Mentor coaching staff, assess performance against KidStrong Coach DNA, and onboard new candidates. Serve as the primary Manager on Duty when the General Manager is off, delivering top-tier customer service to families and building brand awareness through local events.
Required Qualifications
- Athletic or Coaching Background
- Passion for coaching or working with kids (ages 15 months to 11 years)
- Comfortable speaking authentically with parents and guardians about student progress
- Practical experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
- CPR Certified
- Intermediate knowledge of exercise techniques and body mechanics
- Leads by example, upholds high standards, and embodies the KidStrong culture
- High energy, engaging, and clear communicator
- Growth mindset, embraces feedback, and puts team success first
- Comfortable 'calling an audible' and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in pediatric OT/PT or general management
