Job Summary
Oversee center operations by understanding key KPIs and financials to drive business decisions, while managing daily cleaning, maintenance, and brand consistency. Lead sales efforts through CRM call drives, event sourcing, and finalizing bookings to maximize profitability. Foster a coaching culture by assessing staff against the Coach DNA profile, partnering with the General Manager on candidate onboarding, and supporting professional development via LearnUpon. Deliver an evolving curriculum focusing on brain, physical, and character development for children ages crawling to 11, recording data through the KS Coaches App, and ensuring student safety in a physically intensive environment. Work a typical schedule of four weekdays and one weekend shift with approximately five to ten coaching hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids crawling to 11 years old
- A passion for working with children
- Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding a variety of topics
- Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team
- Complete training through LearnUpon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
- CPR certified
- Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment
- Must be comfortable physically working with kids to ensure proper technique and ensure student safety
- The typical schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1-weekend shift
