Job Summary
Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations across JT’s Pizza & Pub locations in Worthington, Grandview, and Dublin. Lead a high-energy team, drive a consistent guest experience, manage staffing and performance, support cost controls and financial tasks, ensure food safety and sanitation, oversee scheduling and development of team members, and collaborate with corporate on purchasing and inventory. The role involves hands-on leadership, accountability for operational excellence, and opportunities for advancement into a General Manager position. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities, along with a professional demeanor and commitment to hospitality standards, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred (Hospitality or Restaurant Management ideal)
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Background and credit checks
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
