Job Summary
Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations at JT’s Pizza & Pub. Responsible for overseeing a high-energy team, enhancing guest experience, ensuring food safety and quality, managing scheduling, interviewing, onboarding and development of staff, driving cost control and inventory/purchasing efficiency, maintaining ServSafe certification, and uphold a professional image. Manages 15+ employees per shift, supports shift management, and collaborates with the GM and corporate office on purchasing, budgeting, and reporting, while promoting community engagement and delivering consistent hospitality across all guest touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred (Hospitality or Restaurant Management ideal)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to undergo background and credit checks
