Job Summary
Lead the service center's management team by ensuring consistent revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance. Coach and execute excellent customer service while developing teammates via internal training programs and providing ongoing guidance. Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues, and assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance. Set daily direction through team huddles and meetings, ensuring quality control measures and safety regulations are followed consistently. Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs. Requires one to three years of retail management experience with strong communication skills and the ability to analyze financial objectives.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
