Assistant General Manager

Lead daily operations at the Fenton, MO service center by ensuring consistent revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance, coaching the team on customer service, and executing quality control measures. Manage inventory, cash handling, and product orders while assisting the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance. Conduct daily team huddles and meetings to set direction for business goals, provide clear guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs, and maintain a clean, safe environment per the Guide to Excellence. Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off, assist guests with inquiries, and hold the team accountable to safety rules and regulations. This role requires one to three years of retail management experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
