Job Summary
Lead daily operations at the service center by coaching teams, executing customer service standards, and ensuring quality control measures are followed consistently. Drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance while managing inventory, cash handling, and financial forecasts. Conduct daily team huddles, lead automotive technicians and CSAs, and handle guest inquiries in-person, electronically, or via telephone. Perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager is off and assist with critical initiatives alongside the District Manager. Requires one to three years of retail management experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
