Job Summary
Lead the Assistant General Manager team by driving revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance, while coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, guest issue resolution, and opening/closing duties when the General Manager is absent. Conduct daily team huddles and meetings to set direction for business goals, ensure quality control measures are followed, and maintain a safe, clean, and presentable service center. Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls to support financial objectives. Requires one to three years of retail management experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
