Job Summary
Manage daily operations and lead the team at the service center, ensuring consistent revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance. Coach employees on customer service, execute quality control measures, and maintain a clean, safe environment per the Guide to Excellence. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and inventory management while performing opening and closing duties. Provide clear direction to automotive technicians and CSAs, conduct daily team huddles, and address guest inquiries in-person or via telephone.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
