Job Summary
Lead daily operations at the service center by driving revenue growth through guest count and sales mix performance while coaching the team on customer service and operational efficiency. Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues, ensuring quality control measures are followed and the facility remains clean and safe per the Guide to Excellence. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance, leading daily team huddles and store meetings to achieve business goals. Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off and provide mentorship to automotive technicians and CSAs. Requires one to three years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience

- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
