Job Summary
Manage daily operations at the service center by leading daily team huddles, executing opening and closing duties, and ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and presentable per the Guide to Excellence. Drive consistent revenue growth by coaching staff on sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus performance while holding the team accountable to all safety rules and regulations. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, financial forecasting, expense controls, and inventory management, while providing direct guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs. Handle guest inquiries in-person, electronically, or via telephone, and resolve critical issues in coordination with the District Manager. Requires one to three years of retail management experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
