Job Summary
Assist General Manager in driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction at a full-time service center. Lead and coach teammates, execute training and development programs, manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and safety, and partner with the GM on budgeting and financial performance. Must demonstrate leadership, communication, and a guest-first mindset, with the ability to analyze financial objectives and guide the team toward achieving sales and service goals. In-person leadership duties, including opening/closing tasks and ensuring a safe, productive work environment, are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- professional automotive experience is not required
- exceptional oral and written communication skills
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- 18 years or older
- able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment
