Job Summary
Lead the Assistant General Manager team by driving revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance, while coaching staff on customer service and executing quality control measures. Manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, guest issue resolution, and leading team huddles to ensure consistent sales mix and operational efficiency. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense controls, while maintaining a safe, clean, and presentable service center environment. Requires one to three years of retail management experience and the ability to interpret safety protocols and operate in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.
Required Qualifications

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
